Terms of service
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the rights and obligations between:
pinkwatergun s. r. o. Pod Táborom 2789/5, 080 01 Prešov Company ID: 55 368 816 registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section Sro, File No. 45737/P
(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and the Buyer when concluding a purchase contract through the online store www.pinkwatergun.com.

These GTC form an integral part of the purchase contract.
Legal relations with consumers are governed in particular by Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and the Civil Code.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
All prices are stated including VAT.
The Buyer pays the price via:
- online card payment (Stripe)
The total price of the order, including all fees, is displayed before submitting the order.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
The Buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon delivery.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is considered met if the notice of withdrawal is sent no later than the last day of the period.
The Buyer may unpack and test the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature and functionality.
The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The Seller will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before the goods are returned.
6. Liability for Defects (Complaints)
The Seller is liable for defects that the goods have upon receipt and that occur within 24 months.
The Buyer is entitled to:
- repair
- replacement
- a reasonable discount
- withdrawal from the contract
Complaints can be submitted via email or post.
7. Digital Content (if applicable)
If the subject of purchase is digital content (e.g. music), the Buyer acknowledges that:
- delivery is carried out electronically
- withdrawal from the contract after access has been granted is not possible if the Buyer has expressly agreed to it
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The consumer may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (SOI) or use the ODR platform.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC.
These GTC become effective on the date of publication.
