Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via DPD courier service to Slovakia & Czech republic.

Estimated delivery times:

• Slovakia: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Czech Republic: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Issues

We recommend checking the package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please report it to the courier immediately.
